Shipping policy
TURNAROUND TIMES
For small items that can be moved with Australia Post, placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location this can be anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks turnaround.
STORE PICK UP
Items can be picked up in store free of charge. Please check our website or social media for our opening hours. This option can be selected in checkout.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds.
If you receive your items and something is amiss (defective or damaged), please let us know within 24 hours.
Strictly no exchanges, returns or credits on sale items.
Please contact us within 5 days to arrange. We do not exchange sale items. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item (unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in). Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
